It is the sole responsibility of the client to decide what food to prepare and consume. Chris Hughes Dietetics does not assume any liability for adverse reactions, health complications, or any other events resulting from the consumption of foods or adherence to these meal plans.

By using these meal plans, the client acknowledges and agrees that any decisions regarding their diet and food consumption are made at their own risk, and Chris Hughes Dietetics shall not be held liable for any outcomes stemming from the use of these plans.

By utilizing the meal plan provided by Chris Hughes Dietetics, the client agrees to the terms stated in this disclaimer.

  1. Individual Results and Non-Guarantee

The Client understands and acknowledges that results from the meal plans are individual and not guaranteed. Various uncontrollable factors may influence outcomes, and the Service Provider does not guarantee specific results.

  1. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for the Coaching with Chris Program unless the Provider fails to deliver the program.

       4. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.

By proceeding with this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood its terms and agrees to be bound by them.

Coaching with Chris

Imagine having your own personal dietitian on call for support and guidance. With Coaching with Chris, you have just that!

What you'll get:

  • A customised meal plan built by Chris, and tailored to your tastes and preferences.
  • A fortnightly 15 minute consult to check in and keep you on track.
  • Chris will then help you navigate each week through online accountability and support.
  • Each week, your meal plan will be tweaked (as needed) to overcome any obstacles, and to reinforce what worked. 
  • You will have a direct line-of-communication with Chris to share images, messages and even videos. 

Together, we will plan for any potential hurdles, and discuss strategies to navigate obstacles to help you stay on track.
