Meal Plan of the Week: A 1200 Calorie Plan
Feb 06, 2023This week's meal plan is a 1200 Calorie plan that I built for one of the personal trainers who use MEALZEE. They had a challenging client who was not that active (yet), needed to lose weight and had multiple food preferences. You can check out our video breakdown of how we put the plan together by clicking on the link below. The client in question also had diabetes, a nut allergy, and disliked capsicum and most meats. We aimed to keep the protein high (like for most weight loss plans), the carbs under 100g most days, and the fibre up towards the suggested dietary target of 28g per day. Sodium was well under the 2000mg suggested dietary target also. At the last report, the client was one happy customer who had kept her blood glucose well under control and lost weight.
